Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Black Dribble account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return until it reaches our warehouse.
